These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Life Choices mobile application.
Life Choices uses the Standard Apple End User License Agreement (EULA). By downloading or using the app, you agree to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
All purchases and subscriptions are managed by Apple through the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Life Choices Plus renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store account settings.
Coins, tickets, avatars and other in-game items are virtual. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to others. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Life Choices is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it in any way that violates applicable law. All stories are fiction; any resemblance to real people or events is coincidental.
