Support

We're here to help

Found a bug, something isn't working, or the app just behaves strangely? Write to us at RedLine.exe@gmail.com — we read every single letter, and every one of them matters to us.

What to include in your message

To help us find and fix the problem faster, please include:

• The app name — for example, Foxy List or Foxy Wish;
• Screenshots from your device — a picture is worth a thousand words;
• Your device model and iOS version — for example, iPhone 15 Pro, iOS 18;
• A few words about what happened — what you did and what you expected instead.

One small, honest thing

Foxy Family is a tiny indie studio — no big offices, just a couple of caring people and a whole bunch of foxes. We can't promise to work miracles or fix everything instantly, but we promise to genuinely try. Your patience and kind words mean the world to us. 💜

Ideas are welcome too

Support isn't only about problems! If you have an idea that would make one of our apps warmer, cuter, or more useful — we'd love to hear it. Some of our favourite features started as letters from users.
