We respect your privacy. This Policy explains how Foxy List (the "App"), provided by Sergei Zinovev, handles your data.
We do not operate any servers of our own, and we do not collect, store, or receive the contents of your shopping lists, your name, your email address, or any other personal information you enter into the App.
The advertising service described in Section 5 collects limited technical data. That is the only data collection that takes place.
Everything you create in the App — lists, items, prices, reminders, appearance settings — is stored:
This data belongs to your Apple ID. It travels between your own devices through Apple's iCloud infrastructure and never reaches us. We cannot read it, export it, or restore it for you.
If you turn off iCloud for Foxy List, your data stays on the device only.
The App lets you share a list with family or friends. Sharing uses Apple's iCloud sharing: the list is shared directly between your iCloud account and theirs.
We are not a party to that exchange and have no access to shared lists. You can stop sharing at any time from within the App, which revokes the other person's access.
All purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through your Apple ID. We never see your payment details, your billing address, or your Apple account information.
What we do receive from Apple is the fact that a valid purchase exists — this is what unlocks premium features on your device. Nothing identifies you personally.
The App uses one third-party service:
Google AdMob — shows advertising in the free version of the App. AdMob may collect your device's IP address, device model and operating system version, approximate location derived from the IP address, a device identifier that is not Apple's advertising identifier (IDFA), information about ads you were shown or interacted with, and crash and performance diagnostics of its own code. This is used to deliver and measure advertising. None of this data is linked to your identity or used to track you across other companies' apps and websites.
Advertising is not based on the contents of your lists in any way. The App contains no analytics services.
Third-party privacy policies:
Foxy List does not ask for permission to track you across other companies' apps and websites, and therefore does not have access to Apple's advertising identifier (IDFA). Ads you see are contextual rather than built from a profile of your activity in other apps.
Users with an active subscription or lifetime access see no advertising at all.
Foxy List does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Because we collect no personal data ourselves, the App is safe for any age. The advertising described in Section 5 is served without a cross-app tracking identifier.
Because we do not collect or hold your personal data, there is nothing for us to provide, correct, or delete on request. You remain in full control of your data on your device and in iCloud.
To delete everything the App has created, remove the App and, if you use iCloud sync, delete its data in iCloud settings on your device.
You can opt out of personalised advertising in your device settings under Privacy & Security.
We may update this Policy as the App changes or as the law requires. The Effective Date above reflects the most recent revision.
